So, we are taking some initiative to create a sequel to Hydro. There is no deliverables yet, but we all agree that we want to take as much time as it takes to make something epic. We will be taking a different art direction in terms of character design, while keeping cartoonie look and feel.
Here it is folks. Space Walker, formerly known as Spaceman has been completed. I have to admit the game turned out kinda similar to Hydro as it seems that you are just collecting air instead of water. There are also similarities in visual style as well. Anyhow, once you play it you'll see that they are not that similar. Play it now!
The DYSPXL team came to the conclusion that user generated content is an area with rapid growth in games and after seeing someone create a video of their SoundClock Beta, we saw something with potential and momentum for us.
Hey folks. "Orbs" aka new visual drum-machine that I've been working on for last few weeks, has finally been released. However this release was bit rushed, so you may notice someting odd here and there. If you have any suggestions/complaints feel free to comment here. Originally, this soundtoy had 2 sound styles to choose from, but I've decided to only showcase 1 style for now. I am also planning on optimizing the performance more for the next release. More features are yet to come. Stay tuned for updates.
I'm currently working on a new visual drum-machine which will incorporate elements from SoundClock and Growth. It will support features that we failed to add for SoundClock (that's why it's stopped at "beta" stage) such as the user submission tool. We're also aiming for blog capability, so users can export their creation and embed them right into their blog. Stay tuned for more update.
